Use of this Software ("Prompt version 7.5.02) is subject to the terms of the LICENSE AGREEMENT below.

This Software is licensed, not sold to you by DataWay Multimedia Canada, Inc. for use only under the terms of this License. DataWay Multimedia Canada, Inc. retains ownership of the Software itself and reserves any rights not expressly granted to you. This Software including all screens and displays is Copyright 2013 by DataWay Multimedia Canada, Inc.
LICENSE AGREEMENT

1. License.
This license allows you to:
(a) Use one copy of the Software on a single computer at a time. (b) Make copies of the Software in machine-readable form solely for backup purposes. 


2. Restrictions.
(a) You may not reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works based upon the Software or any part thereof.
(b) You may not redistribute the Software package including any documentation, copyright, and license information unless you receive, in writing, permission from DataWay Multimedia Canada, Inc.

3. Termination.
This License is effective until terminated. You may terminate this License at any time by destroying the Software and related documentation and all copies thereof in your possession. This License will terminate immediately without notice from DataWay Multimedia Canada, Inc. if you fail to comply with any provision of this License. Upon termination you must destroy the Software and related documentation and all copies thereof in your possession.

4. Release of Liability.
While reasonable effort has been made to ensure this Software operates substantially as described, DataWay Multimedia Canada, Inc. cannot guarantee proper operation in every possible configuration. For this reason, the Software is provided "AS IS". You assume full responsibility for evaluating the Software and determining its appropriateness for any use. In no event will DataWay Multimedia Canada, Inc. be liable to you for any damages arising out of the use of this software.
